The Platform
The platform serves a number of purposes as described below. Only associates at your organization will have access to this platform protecting your program from any fraudulent use.
Platform General Work-Flow
Delivery Application
The delivery application is set up to send messages with ease. Here's how it would go:
- Choose the desired corporately customized eCard template.
- Indicate the recipient(s) that are to receive the eCard.
- Give your eCard a subject.
- Type a short message that will appear within the eCard.
- Your name will automatically appear at the bottom (if desired).
- Deliver the eCard immediately, or select a future date. If a future date is selected, you will always have the option available to delay this date further or stop deliver all together.
- The message is delivered to the recipient(s) as if it were coming from your mailbox.
Address Book
Creating an address book allows you to easily create an eCard mailing list. Address is completely managed by the user. Contacts can be imported with Advanced Upload Component (AUC) via a .csv file. The Advanced Upload Component (AUC) will automatically format your .csv file for proper listing. If you are not familiar with creating a .csv file, instructions are provided.
Distribution Lists (add-on the the Address Book)
Managed Distribution Lists allow users to create unlimited separate contacts into groups in order to channel specialized messages to each group.
History and Activity
The History and Activity module allows the user to:
- View a historical listing of all eCards delivered.
- Monitor which recipients have viewed the eCards and which have not. If desired, you can also receive an email notification informing you of when a message is read.
- Keep track of which recipients were sent a campaign to ensure the same message isn't sent to them more than once.
- View the messages that were undeliverable and the reasons why.
- Manage the messages in the history record
Project Manager Administration/Reports
As a project manager, you will have all the tools available to help monitor the cards being delivered by your team. The Activity/Tracking reports allow you monitor the eCards delivered, as well as the successfulness of each campaign. All reports can be exported to excel, printed, or emailed as an attachment. Customized reports can be developed if required.
- View a historical listing of all eCards delivered by all users.
- Evaluate the conversion rate for each campaign.
- View a listing of each associate at your organization that registered on the platform to deliver messages with all related information.
- Review the amount of eCards sent out by each associate.
